About the recipe

Roll with cottage cheese filling for Easter celebration



Biscuit dough making:

  • 200g Flour
  • 8 Eggs
  • 180g Sugar
  • 20g Vanilla sugar

Cream making:

  • 500g Cottage cheese (ricota)
  • 200g Whiping cream
  • 100g Icing sugar

Equipment: oven, baking trace, mixer, scale, baking paper


Dough making:

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar for 15min.
  2. Mix in sifted flour.
  3. Bake in 180C temperature for 10min.
  4. After baking, roll biscuit on baking paper, leave it to cool down.

Cream making:

  1. Whisk cream with icing sugar until solid consistency.
  2. Mix cottage chease and cream together.
  3. Spread cream mass on baked biscuit.
  4. Roll it.
  5. Decorate it how it is needed.
